Fissure treatment
I had acute anal fissure. I have been using xylocaine jelly for a month. Does it have any side effects? I am experiencing itching but no pain.

Xylocaine applied locally has no side effects.It will provide symptomatic relief.You can use lactifibte  powder 2tsf in 1 glass of water at night to soften your stool.

Stop xylocaine jelly now. Take Tab. Bandy plus once at night for 1 day. Syp. Looz 20ml HS for 2 weeks.
Next Steps
sitz bath twice daily.. Drink plenty of water
