FISSURE SURGERY
If we do fissure surgery and obviously we try to keep our stool soft but as the case of constipation which happens earlier can be repeat in future too even after surgery it's not in my hand we as a human can't keep on tracking everyday food we go outside we eat outside stuff practically sometime in life this is not possible i read lots of articles add fiber drank plenty of water but as of my experience i tried seriously all those stuff restricted myself from outside junk from past 6 months still i am facing the issue of fissure pain even after surgery passing hard stool than anal will be obviously stretch and i will be getting another fissure too i just want justification whether after surgery passing hard stools will bring fissure problem back practically?

Than try to have normal diet Use stool softener like lactulose when have diet outside All will be ok
