Fissure and tight muscle
I hd fissure while pushing for delivery 16 months back. my fissure has healed long back. but still i hv pain on that place nd tight muscle. why do still hv contracted muscle when fissure has healed.

U might have had multiple episode of fissure in ano leading to fibrosis and ur current scenario Pls see a general surgeon or contact 8 two two 0 one three one 599 for further management

need more history...do u have hard stool? then it might be the cause...stool softeners and ointment for muscle relaxation and sitz bath will be useful...

You might suffering from constipation also. As long as your stool is fine, anal opening will be fine else chances of fissure will be there. Continue sitz bath with stool softener.
