You should maintain regular follow ups with your doctor and get routine blood tests, blood sugar tests, Hiv, Hbsag tests to ensure a healthy pregnancy. Also follow a healthy diet for your and your baby's well-being.

Congratulations. Start folic acid 5 MG daily.
You can do Beta Hcg blood test if only 5-6 weeks.
Consult obstetrician and get ultrasound done.
At 5-6 weeks ; it is done to see the sight of pregnancy (intrauterine or extra uterine)
At 7-8 weeks ; it is done to see heart beat.
At 11 to 14 weeks; it is done to see markers of chromosomal abnormalities and nervous system and interval growth.
Do routine blood tests. CBC ;blood group ;TSH; urine routine ; blood sugar levels serum progesterone and Viral markers.
Injections and supporting medicines will depend upon your report.
Consult obstetrician.

Hello, consult doctor immediately once you know you are pregnant. Start taking folic acid, injection may or may not required depending on past history. Blood test required including ultrasound at 7 weeks. Best is meet a doctor and get all your queries answered
