First period post delivery

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have got my periods after 8 months of delivery. When i say i got, it just showed up and been 3 days that i have no discharge unless i workout. Recently i started gyn and immediately 3rd day or showed up. Is it because of gym or have i really got my periods. Is it common not having discharge in first period cycle post delivery.
