hello sir, as per your xray it shows that the tooth is infected and you are in need of the rct. the sooner the better as there would be lot of pain n swelling if delayed. after the rct the tooth is dead and you need to protect the tooth by putting a cap over it.
Next Steps
visit a dentist and go ahead with rct

In the Xray Picture your 2nd molar looks more decayed than the first molar. I suggest get the 2nd molar treated first. Looking at the xray seems the 2nd molar needs RCT.
As per the xray picture the 1st molar doesnt look as deep decayed as the 2nd molar, the decayed portion of 1st molar should be removed and then the decision must be taken if a RCT is needed or filling will suffice.
Health Tips
2nd molar treatment must be done before 1st molar.
Hello,
Both your 1st and 2nd molar teeth have deep caries.A clinical examination will reveal if a Root canal is required for one or both the teth.Consult an Endodontist.
Hello ... The second molar requires an RCT primarily ... keeping the long term solution in mind it is better to go for RCT for the first molar also and give crowns to both the teeth together to avoid further food impaction there .
Next Steps
See your dentist at the earliest so that the infection doesn't reach the bone which will bring down the success rate of the RCT
Health Tips
DO NOT apply any balms or hot pack there ... it will aggravate the pain

Hello
I would suggest to get both your first molar and second molar teeth treated. Your third molar which is the last teeth in your mouth however does not show any serious infection and is not of concern to me right now. So kindly visit your dentist for treatment with both of your teeth.
