In my opinion the pain could be caused due to decay or periodontal (gum related) problem.Be rest assured,it has nothing to do with the anti-anxiety medicines that you are currently taking.
Next Steps
You should visit a dentist if pain or mobility is persistent just to rule out any decay or periodontal problem. You may take a tab calpol 500mg in case of mild pain.
Health Tips
You must try and stress less about your issue,as it may lead to increase your anxiety levels. What you are experience is not something major, and a simple visit to the dentist shall solve your problems.

There is no relation of anti anxiety drugs with loosening of gums or tooth. Better to get checked and xray done.

I don't think so though some anti anxiety medicine do cause gum loosening. it also depends on the duration on the medicines. You need to get an x ray done and get your tooth checked for some underlying condition
Next Steps
visit an dentist and get it checked
Health Tips
might need a root canal or cleaning
