You can visit doctor at 6-8weeks....she can eat anything except for fried and spicy food.....with lots of fruits(except papaya) and vegetables (raw) and plenty of fluids

Better to visit doctor between six to eight weeks of pregnancy ( calculated from your last period date) And eat healthy including more green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water - minimum 3litres per day. Avoid fried and packaged food.

You can visit to a gynecologist near by.as you need a ultrasound to confirm.start folic acid supplements after usg and you can take normal home food
