Finger twitching
Hello,
My right thumb finger twitching for months... Is it any kind of serious issue ? It's last for 1-5 seconds. What should I do? I consult my GP. He told me to ignore it.

Most common cause of twitches of a particular finger is cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. It is mostly benign and thats why your GP has wisely asked you to ignore it.
Next Steps
If it spreads to other fingers or other regions you need to evaluate. If you develop weakness you need to evaluate.
