Filtered water (RO) - during the process of filtration, along with impurities, essential minerals also get eliminated. These minerals play a major role in our health. For example lack of magnesium in body can causes issues with DNA replication.
Now remineralisation is done after RO process, but quality may vary depending upon the quality of filters.
