My inside wall of nose got struck by the edge of my finger as I was kind of pricking my nose.The area become bit red but there was no cut or bleeding.
Can this thing cause black fungus?
I am 20 yrs old,Got COVID in April (11 April ) ,6 weeks after recovery completed.Home isolation recovered no steroid just antibiotic (Azithromycin 5 days+Budamate 200 mcg inhaler 5 days+multivitamins).

No it doesn't.. do not panic. If you feel any symptoms like facial pain, watering of eye, facial swelling etc. You can contact an ent specialist. You do not need to panic otherwise
