Fibromyalgia. I got 9 year old!

I had to abort Twin baby in my 4 rth month due to complications in 2017. Following I got muscle and joint ache, stiffness, sleep problems, mood swings and brain fog. I took treatment for Rheumatoid Arthiritis, scleroderma and finally fibromyalgia under Allopathy. I took treatment for 6 months in kottakal as well. My symptoms did not improve but worsened with all sort of medicines. I stopped all the medicines by June2020. I still have the same symptoms mentioned above..few days I am just fine to do all households..few days I just lie down due to pain and fatigue. No inflammation as such in joints.. My gall bladder was removed due to stone in 2009 via laparoscopy along with the operation did appenticities as well. I have GERD stage 2 diagonised back in 2011..No medication. Can I use Ashwagantha, Brahmi and Shathavari for time being for pain, fatigue and sleep. Also Folvite 5 mg. I am planning for Ayurvedic treatment. Also planning to get pregnant again, is it advisable. I got 9 year old
