I am suffering from constant weight gain. Fibroids observed during examination. Please help for :- 1) Best Available treatment/technology for fibroid treatment. 3) Best hospitals providing the treatment.

Hello, Fibroids do not cause weight gain. Myomectomy either laparoscopically or hysteroscopically can be done depending upon the position of fibroid.
