Fibroids surgery for fertility
I have one intramural fibroid 3.8 cm on the anterior wall and another 3.7 cm on the posterior wall. I have been trying to conceive since 6 years. Should I remove my fibroids or retain? I have a history of ectopic pregnancy surgery and one d&c for miscarriage.
