Fibroids problem during Pregnancy
Hi, I have a multiple intramural uterine fibroids noted-46x25mm ,18.8 mm and 12.8 mm in anterior wall and 16.6 and 13.3 mm in posterior wall. I am 40 years old female and have 1 kid. Can I conceive for other kid and will it have any impact during pregnancy as I have fibroids in interior of uterus. Do I need to go for any surgery?

At the age of 40 as such pregnancy is a very high risk pregnancy and this includes both maternal and fetal risks as chances of chromosomal abnormalities are high... with maternal age more than 35 +.. you have fibroids which makes it all the more risky so if at all you plan to conceive first consult a gynecologist for a detailed clinical examination accordingly she will advise
