Fibroids n blocked fallopian tubes
I have intramural fibroid 5cm and my fallopian are blocked ..There is any medicine for removing fibroid and opening my fallopian tubes without surgery. Please advice...I live in dar es salaam Tanzania East Africa. ..Please help me.

There r medicine which can decrease size of the fibroid.. but u need surgery for FT blockage. Consult a gynecologist inperson.
