I was suspecting a lump in both my breasts since a week so i went to my college hospital doctor who is a surgeon, and told me to do usg. the reports came out with multiple fibroidenoma in both breast (largest being 25x10mm) and multiple small cysts in areolar region of left breast. i showed him my reports but he didnt give any clear opinion he just said that i could go for surgery but i can also wait til its abnormally large or if any pain starts. as i had no pain whatsoever i didnt think about surgery. then my cousin who is a pathologist told me to do FNAC. and another doctor said go for mammography. what will your opinion be? what should i do?
