I have fibroid uterus and had misscarriage 7 month before and want to conceive one child since i have no child till now..and want to know that can i convinced or not and does operation is only the solution of this .fibroid plss help and reply me

Don't worry
If u have big fibroid than u have to remove it by operation.
For that I need ur ultrasound report to see size and location of fibroid.

The size of the fibroid is big so it definitely warrants removal as you had a miscarriage earlier.
You have not mentioned the location of the fibroids though
