FHR rate droped
Hello doctor My wife age is 37 and she is 7 week of pregnant. Today we did scan and saw FHR droped 138bpm to 105bpm. Please suggest how it leads to and what care need to be taken. Because she had a one miscarriage before. Taking susten gel twice a day. And duphaston twice a day. Ecosprin 150 and wysolone 5mg daily

Fhr less than 10 is not normal you cannot do anything about it

you should have repeated scam after few minutes.. sometimes the heart beat can vary

The medicines are all correct. Take rest, continue meds. Stay relaxed. There is also little bleed around sac. Please repeat scan after 3 days.

U must continue with the med for now every wk ultrasound has to be done to observe the heart beat
