Fever without any symptoms
Hi my daughter is 4 years old and weighs 18kg..from today she is suffering from high fever without any symptoms.kindly advise.
Presently giving Calpol 250 and
Ibugesic plus 5ml after a gap of 6hr

Since today is 1st day of fever give the same medicines and watch for other symptoms over next 2 days.
If there are any new symptoms like loose motions vomiting, cough or cold
Then isolate her with yourself and get her tested for covid.
If symptoms settle no need to do anything

Hi.
Give only paracetamol 6 hrly . Fever will take 2-3 days to settle.
