1.5 month old weighs 6kg
My baby birth weight is 4.25 now she is 45 days old and weighs 6 kg.. she is on breast feeding.. is she overweight ?

Your baby's birth weight was more than the normal range for an Indian baby. There must be a reason for that.
As far as weight gain is concern, he is gaining weight at a normal pace. Keep on breastfeeding exclusively for 6 months.

According to birth weight, baby is gaining weight adequately.. Any doubt consult for physical examination to find if there is anything abnormal.
