1.5 month old baby girl sleeping surface
My 1.5 month old baby girl sleeps next to me on her separate bedding (got from Amazon) which is a thin mattress and firm. Can I now make her sleep next to me on my same mattress ? It's is cotton filled thin mattress. And will she need any pillow

Hello mam...I have gone through your queries...I would better suggest not to put baby in the same mattress and nearby you while you are sleeping till baby grows till 6 months of age..since you may compress the baby accidentaly while you are sleeping..so better avoid mam...
Next Steps
Better make the baby sleep in other mattress nearby you...pilllows are not needed..just elevate baby's head to 25 degree inclined...just by keeping some towel rolled behind the lower portion of head...it might help to overcome the Reflux in babies..
