Good morning Madam, Let me answer your questions First. 1. FEVER does happen with teething but is very mild, mostly it is irritability and itching in gums. It appears it is due to infection. moderate fever for such long time is unusual. Please consult after taking appointment on video conference. In the mean time give Paracetamol 125mg/5ml SOS. Rub gums with cotton soaked in Benadryl syrup two to three times a day. give one sachet of calciferol D3 Granules 3 lakhs dissolved in a spoon of water and feed only once

Please visit a pediatrician in person for check up and tests may be needed. Fever is too high. We can't say it is due to teething. How many days of fever? If more than 3 days, you must visit today itself
