I had fever around 100 in the night with shivers. Could not sleep. Also some problem in throat. Feeling restless.

You can take a tab. Dolo 650 thrice a day after food for 3 days.
Do warm salt water gargles thrice a day.
Get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
