Fever with shivering

Asked for Female, 64 Years

My mother is having fever since yesterday. The fever is ranging between 100 and 104. When fever is about to increase, she feels cold and shivering. I gave her Dolo 650, Taxim O 200, and Pan 40. Are the medicines fine or we need to take any other action?
