What you have done is right I.e., Syp Paracetamol. Also give her lot of oral fluids.
Since when is she having fever and what other symptoms she has?
You can get NS1 antigen test for dengue , done in first three days of fever. Any fever can be Dengue. If there is an epidemic in your area , please get it done. If fever is more than five days duration the IgG and Ig M for dengue can be done.
Go to some pediatrician nearby.
