Fever with rashes
My 4 year old male baby had a high fever with body rashes. 11 pm calpol given after 1 hour fever not reduced so that meftel given by 12 am just now fever reducing he had body rashes and itching. There is no clinic near by us give me any suggestions pls

Rashes need to seen physically by a doctor to determine whether it's urticaria or any infection-associated rash.
For now, as there is itching , you may apply Lacto calamine lotion on the rashes twice in a day. Continue fever medication if temperature is above 100 deg F, paracetamol can be given 4-6 hrly.

Please meet a pediatrician for detailed physical examination and appropriate treatment. If the rashes are progressing fast or appearing on the face, you should meet immediately.
