Fever with pain @ Joints and lower back
Fever will start and will get to back to normal temperature and when fever is there feel acute pain a lower back in center and on joints as well as.. no chest congestion, no stomach pain, no running nose.. no cold... There are no symptoms which can be identified by me.

I can understand your concern. .you can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 2 days.
It should be fine. .if it still persists, get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. . best regards.
