My daughter has been fill fever continue for 2 days..Her age 18 months..she does not eat anything

Stop bottle feeding,give 2 milk feeds and 4 solid meals.
Use syp ondem for vomiting 30 mins before meals.
Give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
