Fever with headache
Fever with headache in 3 days using paracetamol 500 mg tab fever in sometimes gone then come but headache not gone may be it's typhoid?

Are there chills too with fever? If yes then it can be malaria or dengue. Dengue can also present with rash along with fever. If the fever is not subsiding with medications then u should go for blood tests. And take proper medications which might include antibiotics.

Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food. Drink plenty of fluids. To be able to tell if it's typhoid or not requires much more information and also certain blood tests. If it still persists, you can get back to me and we can discuss it further. Thanks.
