Fever with discontinuity pattern

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Sir I'm suffering from mild to moderate fever from past 4days I had consult it with the doctor and he prescribed me some medicines it cures for the some time but after few hours the situation repeat itself and again having mild fever . Initially it was with weakness but now I'm feeling fine but fever is not cured fully. Please suggest what to do in this condition???

You have to do blood test to find out what is the cause of fever.. CBC with ESR
