FEVER WITH CONSTIPATION.
I am having constipation from last 2-3 days not a single stool came out. At the same time having gas and fever like 100-101degrees...aftr i am taking parasitamol with zintac ita going out. But then temp raising again after the effect goes. ... Is there anything i can do for this... Please help.. Thank You
