Fever for 2 year old kid with cold symptoms and blocked nose (99.6° F) poor appetite kindly suggest.
No travel history was not in contact with covid patients and we stay in bangalore

For fever 100 and above give paracetamol and for the cold give either Syp Solvin cold 2.5 ml three times daily or Syp Cetrizine 2.5 ml once or twice daily. As fever resolves , child's appetite will recover.

Do steam inhalation and give warm liquids/ soup
Appetite is less due to viral illness, will get better in 3-5 days.
