  3. Fever with cold. Antibiotic. pls advice.

Fever with cold
She had cold on 22nd evening. On 23rd morning had 101 fever. She took crocin advance. Evening fever was there. Again crocin was taken. Fever is still there. Does she required to take any antibiotic. Pls advice.

Hello if evening raise of temperature then malaria should be ruled out yes definitely blood investigation should be done and started on antibiotics consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
