Fever upto 102.please suggest the med
Hello doctor, My daughter age 6.5years is having fever from yesterday night and temperature till today was 99 and 100F..but today it is 102 till 103..I am giving her p250 every 6hrs..there are no other issues like cold cough..she has only fever..can I start antibiotic now. Please suggest 🙏 Thanks Swetha

Antibiotic is not an answer for all diseases. One needs to know the cause of fever... Depending on the cause.... treatment is given... And thre r many antibiotics....which should be given is decided by diagnosis and child's weight... More history is needed to decide diagnosis without examination

Hi. Give paracetamol for 2 days, viral infection will take 3-4 days to settle. Give normal diet and plenty of liquids/ water
