Fever of 102
My son aged around 4.5 years weighs 13.5kg
He got a fever from yesterday night upto 102 and doctor prescribed us meftal p but the fever gets down for couple of hours and again spikes.

Can sponge body with tap water if moderate to high fever recurs before dose of meftal P/ paracetamol is due
Next Steps
If high fever persists after 3 to 4 days and no symptoms or physical findings, could test CBC and urine R/E
