Fever to infant
My 2 monht baby girl had a vaccine for BCG on 4th of March.. she is suffering from high fever of 100.6...Then I gave her a piece of peracitamol 500mg .. out of 6 pieces of a tablet... temperature got normal...but I just want to know ...is it safe??

Low fever is possible after vaccination, Paracetamol drops or syp.should be given to infants , don't worry it is safe

Hi, after vaccination fever is normal reaction. & 100.6 is not higher temperature. High grade fever above 101.5. don't get panic . Yes you can give her tab paracetamol it's safe. Max 3 times in 24 hrs .

Dont give tablet pcm 600 the dose is higher ur giving.. there will be Pediatric drops for infants less than 1year..
