Fever that won't go away

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I've had a fever for the past one week that absolutely won't go away. It's gotten worse since the past couple of days with chills and constant nausea and dry heaving. Also I have a frontal lobe headache that won't go away. Should I get myself checked? Could it be dengue?

Since it has been one week ..dengue seems less likely or any viral cause perhaps. Yet the possibility can never be ruled out. Although it looks like you must be having the chronic sinusitis and fever related to that. Does it hurt when u press over your eyebrows or below orbit .. facial bone tenderness over sinus areas.
