Fever suddenly
My three 3 year child last night suddenly suffer from fever no cold but I think some cough in throat and sometimes head sweating.I gave him parasafe but now again fever came after 3 hours .what to do now

Hi.
Give paracetamol 6 hrly and do sponging to reduce fever
Give normal diet and plenty of liquids/ water

If fever doesn’t settle with medications, consult a nearby paediatrician

Hi.. my advice is to measure fever with thermometer. You can give syrup parasafe for that. Sweating must be due to fever itself. But if you feel something in throat and fever persist after 24 hours then consult with Pediatrician
