Fever since 24 hours
My son is anout 7 months old and he has fever for last 36 hours and has congestion i gave him paracetamol syrup in every five hours but no got no relief fever still occurring

Hi its 36 hours of fever..child is playful in betwen fever? If playful then wait and watch for another 24 hours if looking sick then consult online or physically to doctor...

If it is third day of fever you need to please consult. As a rule of fever doesn’t start reducing after 48 hours you must consult.
