Fever since 2-3 days

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am having fever for last two and half days which is on higher side and my body is also paining. I Went to doctor and he gave Dolo and Becosule. No Antibiotics. Is it okay as i dont have any other thing like cold etc. Also should i take bath?

offcorse u cn take bath continue medicine as prescribed drink plenty of water do a hemogram n follow up
