Fever since 1 week
Actually my niece is having fever since a week in wich she experience fever only in night that is very high 104 even after medicine she is continuously has night fever she checked malaria which is negative her fever goes down as the day comes else it fluctuate in between 104 to 102

7 days of fever needs to rule out source of infection
She needs to get investigated by blood and urine routine test along with necessary test depending on clinical examination
Blood culture is also mportant
