Fever runny nose
My son 3.8 year old weight 13 kg has fever 100.4 and runny nose. Clear watery.
I have given Crocin 240 3.5 ml and Allegra 3.5 ml.
Should I give him steam? Should I start azithromycin
Please note he is developing throat infection once a month at least since last 6 months. Please suggest treatment
