One year old baby chest congested
My son is 13 months old, last weight is 9.2kg, he's active, sleeps good. But we can feel that his chest is congested.. no breathing difficulty, no runny nose. What can be given?! Thank you doctors.

Greetings if cough present use cough syrup if no u can use Nasoclear nasal spray 1 drops each nostrils four times a day
