Not pooped for 2days 6 months old
Hello doc . My son is 6 months old . He's a very regular and he poops everyday . But he's not pooped for past 2 days . His weight gain is normal . I find his lips to be super dry and it's bleeding sometimes. The climate here is super dry and hot What can be done . I breastfeed him regularly and as per the paed consultation we started giving him moong dal water two days back . Please advice

Greetings it's due to dehydration kindly add fruits like apple purees banana purees and water to diet so that child can pass stool
