My mother who is 54 year old and her height is around 5"3 and weight around 78kgs.from last few months she start feeling fever after 12:00 noon. Fever doesn't go beyond 99.5 or 99.8. she feels completely fresh in morning we have done with all test. Please advice us what to do.

Thanks for writing on Practo...As u done with all test ..But here u provided only 2 e.g. Haemogram and Widal ..What about other test..Like P S for Malaria, Chest X ray , Urine R & M , Blood sugar level , Thyroid profile test..Also Ultrasonography of Abdomen..

Your mother is having anemia. Most likely due to iron deficiency. Start with hematinics ( drugs to increase hemoglobin) and give tablet paracetamol whenever required

The reports are suggestive of there isn't typhoid, there is no urine infection or growth. The treatment is supportive, only if she has any problems or symptoms does it need to be corrected else she doesn't require any intervention. Continue the regular lifestyle.
