Hi., I can understand your concern. Take paracetamol 650 for fever, 3 times a day after food. Take tab emeset 8 mg before food,3 times a day for 2 days.
Next Steps
Plan for CBC ESR widal test urine complete if issue persist more than 2 days.

Keep taking paracetamol 6hrly for fever and emset for vomiting. Do cold sponging of body and for other symptoms medicines has to given accordingly. Take consult for proper advice
