I am 25 year old male . i am suffering from pain in leg bones since 2 days. and light fever also, please suggest me medicine. Is the pain in one leg or both leg?: Both Leg How is the pain? : Stabbing

You may take a tab of paracetamol 500mg two tabs 6hrly if required and Wait for72hrs. In case the fever doesn’t subside or you feel worse consult a doctor you may need to be evaluated for any infection
