High fever since 25 days, with back and body pain
Body weight is same but loss of muscle
Shortness of breath since 5 days

Any long standing fever need to be properly evaluated. It could be typhoid also even some initial tests are negative. Typhoid behaves very differently in Our country.
We need to see the reports in chronological order and then only I would be able to say what’s going on.
This is definitely infection..
Do a peripheral blood smear and hiv 1 and 2
Along with some other test required to come on diagnosis.
