I have fever since last 3 days.. and i am not well yet!! I had taken paracetamol but still its coughing.. what to do?? Also i have headache..

It is suggested for RTPCR if comes normal take symptomatic treatment if positive u can take accordingly till that do hot saline gargles,steam inhalation ,deep breathing excercise
